Construction work is reaching the final stages at a new development in Nunthorpe, where there are just 11 homes remaining for sale.
Bellway is delivering 138 new three, four and five-bedroom houses at Roseberry Manor, off Ormesby Bank, opposite Nunthorpe Academy and Nunthorpe Primary Academy. Of these homes, 99 have been completed and their new residents moved in.
Work on the site, which started in 2016, is due to be completed this autumn and all of the final properties have now been released for sale, with the exception of the four-bedroom Rosewood showhome.
The development is bringing significant investment to the local area, with Bellway contributing more than £1.6 million towards off-site affordable housing, £720,384 towards expanding the capacity of primary and secondary schools in the area, and £207,000 towards improvement works to the Stainton Way Westward Extension in Middlesbrough.
The housebuilder has also donated money to Nunthorpe Primary Academy for new lighting for the school hall to improve its performing arts facilities.
There’s currently a selection of four-bedroom homes available to reserve at Roseberry Manor, with prices starting at £308,995.
