Online portfolio management platform Lendlord has unveiled an Android app in the hope to provide users with the full functionality of the online platform from their smartphone. The app will allow landlords to manage, track and optimise their portfolio’s performance.
Lendlord enables landlords to place all of the information they need to manage their investment in a cloud-based platform. The app claims to feature all of the functionality of the desktop version of the platform to help landlords to manage their tenants and tenancies, track their monthly income and expenses, understand their financing options and evaluate and analyse potential new property acquisitions.
