Lomond Investment Management has appointed Brent Stojanovic as managing director of investment management.
Stojanovic was the founding director at VervLife, a firm specialising in build-to-rent, co-living, and single-family asset and property management.
At Lomond he will oversee its client portfolio, which includes the likes of Lloyds Living, Hearthstone, Annington, and AEW and Home Holdings and a total of 4,000+ multifamily, single-family and PRS units under management across the UK.
He also served as a director at JLL, where he worked on European institutional mixed-use, residential and commercial client portfolios.
Lucy Jones, chief operating officer of Lomond, said: “We are excited to welcome Brent to the team. His exceptional and diverse experience and proven leadership will be invaluable in driving our continued growth and innovation in the residential asset and property management sector.
“With his strategic vision expertise, we are well-positioned to not only sustain our momentum but also to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the industry.
“Brent’s leadership will build on our client focus, supporting us to meet their evolving needs. Looking ahead, our aim this year is to expand our operational platform in single-family and multifamily home sectors by continuing to deliver for our clients, alongside strategic growth in other emerging alternative residential typologies.”
Stojanovic will oversee 45+ asset and property management, client finance, lettings, mobilisation, marketing, compliance and resident experience experts working across offices in central London, Manchester and Exeter.
