LOWE increases managed properties from 30 to 80 in 12 months

LOWE Guardians has taken on 50 new managed properties in the space of 12 months.
Having signed contracts with NHS Property Services, Ealing Council and Lambeth Council, LOWE now manages over 700 guardians, many of who are local key workers.
Tim Lowe, founder and director, LOWE, said: “Over the last 12 months we have seen a definite uplift in the number of enquiries from property owners who are looking for an economically viable way to protect their empty buildings while they decide what they want to do with them.
“But what’s key here is that these clients are also looking to add a level of social value. They appreciate that guardianship is about communities, creating them within their buildings but also the contributions they can make to the local community.
“Our clients choose us because of our flexibility and excellent guardian management. We invest a lot in the buildings we take on to make them safe, comfortable and desirable places for our guardians to live. In return our guardians take great care of the properties and create vibrant and diverse communities which contribute to the local area.”
In the last three years LOWE has housed over 3000 guardians in 150 sites throughout London and other popular UK cities including Brighton, Winchester, Bournemouth and Cambridge saving its clients over £50 million in security costs and business rates alone.
