Housebuilder Mulberry Homes is hosting promotional weekends at its developments in Leighton Buzzard and Clifton, for Bedfordshire house hunters wanting to move to a luxurious new property, without the stress of selling their own home, to find out more about the available home buying schemes.
In Leighton Buzzard, situated on Heath Park Road, Manor Heath is a stylish development of three and four-bedroom detached homes, where over 75 per cent of properties have now sold.
Over in Clifton is Clifton Gardens, a beautiful development of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, located on Broad Street. Following its launch earlier this year, 70 per cent of homes have sold.
On Saturday 15th October at Manor Heath and on Saturday 22nd October at Clifton Gardens, both from 11am to 4pm, Mulberry Homes will be holding promotional weekends for interested property seekers to find out more about the home moving schemes available, in partnership with Moving Made Easy. Across both days, a mortgage advisor will be on-hand to answer any queries.
Moving Made Easy is an experienced specialist property company, and has been working with housebuilders for over 10 years.
During the events, prospective buyers will be able to meet with the Mulberry Homes sales team and a Moving Made Easy representative, to enquire about the developer’s Part Exchange and Assisted Move schemes*.
Part Exchange will see Mulberry Homes value a buyer’s existing property, put in an offer within a few days and then put the value of the property towards their new Mulberry home.
For those buying via Assisted Move, three independent valuations are carried out on a homeowner’s current property to establish the market value. The buyer’s brand-new Mulberry home is removed from the open market for an initial two weeks, with the option to extend to four weeks. Buyers will then have the exclusive opportunity to secure a purchaser for their home, whilst their chosen Mulberry property is held for them.
Through both schemes, purchasers can enjoy a stress-and-hassle-free buying experience without the usual worries that come with selling a property, such as chains collapsing at the last minute.
Part Exchange and Assisted Move also eliminate the need for buyers to pay expensive estate agents fees as Mulberry Homes covers the cost, enabling purchasers to secure their dream home and boost their budget on interior décor and furnishings.
Kerry Jones, Sales and Marketing Director at Mulberry Homes, said: “We are very excited to put on these events for Bedfordshire homebuyers, who are looking to make the move to a brand-new luxury property, for them to find out more about our wonderful home buying schemes and the selection of homes that are available to move into before Christmas.
“The Part Exchange and Assisted Move schemes available at Manor Heath and Clifton Gardens are designed to help potential buyers move into the home of their dreams, without the added stress and fees that naturally come with selling a property.
“We’ve very much looking forward to meeting with potential buyers and sharing our expertise.”
