Property management group and developer Tulip Real Estate has acquired 133 apartments at the landmark Amory Tower in Canary Wharf, further expanding its portfolio of luxury serviced and short-let accommodation in London.
The Amory Tower is a striking addition to the London skyline, standing at 53 storeys high and offering exceptional views of the capital. Tulip’s portfolio here comprises apartments to rent.
Tulip’s investment in these apartments further diversifies its portfolio of property assets in London and the Home Counties. Tulip Real Estate was established in 2011. In the capital, the group manages a range of serviced apartments and short-term rented accommodation in Canary Wharf, Stratford and Leyton, while across the Home Counties, it develops and sells bespoke newly built and converted homes. In addition, Tulip manages three hotels and delivers a property management service for a range of clients.
Its developments include The Qube in Dover, Kent, a former snooker hall and nightclub which has been meticulously refurbished and transformed into a collection of 27 apartments, and Sovereign Court in Holland on Sea, Essex, which comprises just 10 individually designed apartments with sea views set in an art-deco inspired new building. The group also developed, and now manages, the 97-bed IBIS Styles Hotel in Reading.
With a number of forthcoming projects in the pipeline across London and the South East of England, Tulip is also seeking new partnership opportunities to deliver additional new-build developments and build further on its rental portfolio.
