A bridging lender has launched called Momentus Capital from Dani Spitzer, who has experience in private banking.
The lender has secured a £100 million facility, while it will focus on time-sensitive acquisitions and developments, from the purchase of commercial sites to the refurbishment of residential portfolios.
Momentus launched at the start of the month, with the lender targeting over £250 million in loan origination in its first year.

Headquartered in London, Momentus Capital offers bridging loans ranging from £250,000 to £20 million, for residential and commercial property transactions across the UK.
