London-based Havenswift Hosting has launched TerraSuite, an estate and letting agency software platform offering a free version with unlimited property listings and no time restrictions.
The platform, which went live on 6th October, provides agencies with a website featuring property listings for sales, lettings and short-term rentals, alongside search functionality, map-based searches, enquiry forms, saved shortlists and area guides.
According to the company, the free version represents a fully functioning website rather than a time-limited trial. Agencies retain ownership of their website and can export their complete property list to a spreadsheet at any time.
Pricing model
Ian Bucklar of Havenswift Hosting said the decision to offer unlimited listings at no cost addresses a common pricing structure in the sector. “Most agency software starts by asking how many properties you have and charging you accordingly,” he said. “We think an agency’s own website should not be the thing it is rationed on.”
The pricing model differs from traditional approaches where listing volumes determine costs, a factor that may appeal to agencies managing large portfolios or seeking to expand their inventory without incurring additional software expenses.
Paid features
Paid packages include back-office functions such as a viewings diary with online booking, automated applicant matching, offers and viewing feedback, branded property particulars, portal feeds, sales progression and online portals for vendors and landlords.
The online viewing diary allows applicants to book available appointments without immediate agent response. Agents define their working patterns and available slots, with bookings requiring subsequent confirmation.
The software can be operated on an agency’s own hosting infrastructure or managed by Havenswift. The company has made two demonstration sites available without registration, allowing agencies to compare the free and paid versions.
The launch comes as estate agencies continue to adopt digital tools to manage operations and reduce costs, with technology providers increasingly offering tiered pricing models to attract smaller agencies and start-ups. The software also integrates with existing property portals through feed functionality available in paid tiers.
