House-hunters will soon be able to visit an exclusive new development in Goffs Oak for the first time.
Bellway North London is set to welcome visitors to Cedarbrook Rise, off Burton Lane, at a launch day on Saturday 11 June.
The housebuilder is opening a sales office at the development where it is delivering 66 new homes. There will be 40 new homes for private sale alongside 26 affordable properties available for local people through rent or shared ownership.
Bellway North London released the first homes for sale off-plan earlier this year in April, after more than 2,000 people registered an interest in the development.
Zoe Dobbs, Sales Manager for Bellway North London, said: “Since the off-plan launch earlier this year, we have been inundated with enquiries and as we are now in a position to open our doors to potential buyers in person, we are so excited to welcome visitors to Cedarbrook Rise for the first time.
“Despite not previously being on site, the initial launch was a huge success – but there is really no substitute for prospective buyers being able to visit a development themselves to get a real feel for how the land lies.
“There is no doubt that this launch has been eagerly anticipated by potential purchasers as there has been an incredible level of interest in the development right from the start. Our sales team have been kept extremely busy with so many people who’ve registered their interest in the new homes being built here.”
Bellway North London hopes to open the doors to a showhome at Cedarbrook Rise in September.
Zoe said: “We are delivering a selection of two, three and four-bedroom houses for private sale which all belong to the Artisan Collection. This is a very popular range of top-quality homes which have been designed after years of customer feedback and combine traditional craftsmanship with modern construction methods.
“Due to the phenomenal interest in the new homes at Cedarbrook Rise, we would strongly encourage anyone interested in coming along to the launch to contact our sales team to make an appointment early, to avoid being disappointed.”
Cedarbrook Rise will feature public parkland between Burton Lane and Andrew’s Lane, and a new pedestrian and cycle path which links to Goffs Oak village.
There is currently a selection of three-bedroom homes available to reserve at the development, with prices starting at £555,000.
Bellway North London remains a five-star builder for a sixth year in a row, with nine out of 10 customers recommending the housebuilder to a friend.
