House-hunters have been invited onto a new Linden Homes location in Alderbury for the first time.
Vistry Group is building 50 new properties at Pembroke Gardens, on the former home of Alderbury Football Club, which has relocated to a neighbouring site.
The housebuilder launched the development on Saturday 5 November, when a sales office and the four-bedroom Knightley show home were both openedon site.
Pembroke Gardens will comprise 39 new Linden Homes properties for private sale and 11 affordable homes available for local people through rent or shared ownership.
Pembroke Gardens will feature new public open space, including a children’s play trail. Each home will be provided with an electric vehicle charging point and a fibre-to-the-premises broadband connection.
The site will also deliver improvements to the facilities at Alderbury and West Grimstead Primary School by providing a new larger brick-built pre-school building and allowing the school to extend its playing fields. A new and improved hut for the 1st Alderbury Guides is also to be provided.
Lucinda said: “On the launch weekend, there was no doubt that the star of the show was the Knightley show home, which is the first property to be completed on site. Vistry, which was formed in 2020, incorporates Linden Homes, Bovis Homes and Vistry Partnerships.
There is currently a choice of new three and four-bedroom Linden Homes properties available to reserve at Pembroke Gardens, with prices starting at £355,000 and £442,000 respectively.
