Residential developer and contractor Hibau Ltd officially launched this month, as it prepares to complete its first luxury development in the heart of the county.
A subsidiary of the Bauvill Group, Hibau combines specialist residential and development expertise with Bauvill’s reputation for delivering the highest level of customer-focussed construction services – and it is pledging to put its stamp on the new housing sector.

Hibau, led by Managing Director Martin Wood (formerly MD of Cathedral Group / Director of U&I PLC with over 20 years’ experience in high-end construction and development), hosted an official launch party for Hibau at Leeds Castle on Friday 6th August 2021.
Bauvill acquired a controlling stake in Hibau Group in April 2020. The company’s first development is the new private estate Otium Lake in Pluckley Kent, a collection of 31 private houses and self-build homes in a majestic lake-side setting in the heart of the Kent countryside.
