A new property search platform designed for investors of UK buy-to-let property has come to market. PropertyXYZ is driven by data and uses technology to provide property buyers with a range of features to help find property opportunities across the UK with a buy-to-let, new build or development focus.
Investors can select from over 100,000 properties for sale and obtain detailed data on any property. The portal was created in September 2019 by co-founders Robert Jones and Dr. Simone Di Cola. Jones self-funded PropertyXYZ and was formerly a Beresford Adams agent.
The site is free to use and agents can upload properties via their XML feeds free of charge. Jones claims that PropertyXYZ already has a database of 10,000 investors.
Robert Jones said of the launch: “With a focused approach we believe we can generate quality ‘new’ inquiries for agents where they may not have had insight or access to property investors previously”.
