A new property portal app entitled MoveStreets has entered the market in the hope of changing the way prospective homebuyers and renters can shop the property market.
Set up by entrepreneur and chief executive of Kamani Property Group Adam Kamani, who PropertyWire interviewed last month, MoveStreets allows users to browse the site’s database of available homes powered by multiple estate agencies. Potential property matches are location-based, and users can swipe left for unliked properties and right to show interest in the property and arrange a viewing.
Property information supplied on MoveStreets includes location, gallery, a description of the property, and an interactive map highlighting all nearby essential destinations. The app is fast and super easy to navigate. Set your criteria, swipe to like and book multiple viewings all in one step.
Adam Kamani, founder and chief executive of MoveStreets, said: “At a time when many estate agencies struggled to navigate the growing influence of social media on the property market, our deep understanding of data, marketing and consumer needs has been instrumental in providing a new property portal to support both the customer and the agency.
“This has directly enabled us to innovate within an industry that needed to adapt, and quickly. We wanted to expedite the way we buy and sell houses making finding your forever home fun and exciting; homebuyers can now look for a new home the same way they look for new partners: by swiping!”
MoveStreets is currently available in Manchester with further plans to expand nationwide throughout 2021.
MoveStreets are offering all estate agencies the opportunity to join the platform free for the first 12 months as part of their ongoing promise to support the property market amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
MoveStreets is available to download on Apple and Android.
