New showhome opens at Colchester development

A showhome has been unveiled at Bellway’s Hollytree Walk development in Colchester, where the first residents are due to move into their homes this month.

The four-bedroom detached property was officially opened to the public on Saturday 19 February.

Bellway is delivering a total of 145 homes at the 18-acre site off Bromley Road, comprising 101 houses for private sale and 44 affordable homes for local people through shared ownership or rent.

The private homes range from two to four bedrooms in size and all come with a garage or private parking.

A selection of two and four-bedroom houses are currently available, with prices starting from £289,995.
