Two showhomes have been unveiled at Bellway’s new residential development in the northern outskirts of Hartlepool.
The housebuilder opened the three-bedroom Carver and four-bedroom Forester showhomes at Hartwell Park, off Hart Road, on Saturday (6 August).
Prospective homebuyers were invited to the launch to take a tour of both properties and gain an insight into what they might expect from a new home at the development.
The Carver showhome is a three-bedroom property which has a large kitchen/dining/family room downstairs opening through French doors to the garden. There’s also a living room with bay window to the front. Upstairs, the master bedroom has an en suite shower room.
The Forester, meanwhile, has an appealing L-shaped kitchen/dining/family room, plus a living room and a utility room. There are four double bedrooms upstairs, including an en suite master bedroom with its own dressing area.
Bellway is building 370 new homes at Hartwell Park, including 303 two, three and four-bedroom homes for private sale and 67 affordable homes available for local people through low-cost rent or at a discount to market value.
There’s currently a choice of two, three and four-bedroom houses available to reserve at the development.
