Saint Peter’s Bay on the north west coast of Barbados is being managed by UNNA Luxury Resorts and Residences, a new Barbadian brand which aims to offer a multi-generational experience with a range of activities and entertainment.
It is located on four acres of prime beach front with tropical gardens and consists of 57 three and four bedroom residences with beach and sea views for sale and rental and with duty free concessions on yachts and boats.
All the properties will offer home management and concierge services and the amenities include water sports, golf, a health spa and fine dining.

The properties range from 2,700 square feet to 6,300 square feet and prices at Saint Peter’s Bay start from $1.95 million for a three bedroom residence rising to $7.75 million for a deluxe four bedroom apartment with roof deck and pool.
As a member of UNNA Luxury Resorts and Residences Saint Peter’s Bay, home owners have the option to purchase a license on a 50 to 60 foot yacht berth at the Port Ferdinand Luxury Marina located a short water taxi ride away.
