Limo tour of bank owned properties in California and Florida

Foreclosures have been high in California, to the point of being very costly to the cities as well as to the banks that own them. To help spur interest, a new line of limos and bus tours are being organised by real estate agents hoping to help draw up interest. Florida is just as hurt by the foreclosure market.

In Orange County, Florida alone, there are some 2,300 active foreclosures on the market. This is the third largest number in the state, as Florida ranks number two on the list of foreclosure properties in total.
To help attract more lucrative investors, some real estate agents in the area of Auburn, California have put together a limousine real estate tour of the foreclosed homes in the area. It will take potential buyers through Placer and Sacramento County. Other companies already offer similar services to those in Sutter and Yuba counties.

With 18 potential buyers on board, the 40 foot Lincoln Navigator limousine takes them throughout the area, showing them opportunities for investments in style.

In Orange County, Florida, a similar situation is happening where real estate agents arrange large groups of potential buyers in bus tours to see homes for sale. As reported by WFTV.com, Realtor Janice Ziesign says,

"We didn't just say, 'We're gonna show you foreclosure homes.' We're also gonna teach you what it means to buy a short sale, or pre foreclosure, or foreclosure, what are the legal ramifications."

Opportunities throughout both of these highly desirable places to live are readily available for investment.
