Oakwood Homes is close to completing a new build development of 23 luxury houses and a barn conversion in West Lancashire.
Moor Farm is a development of three, four and five-bedroom homes, as well as a barn conversion into two new homes, in Haskayne, near Ormskirk. The development is due to be complete by May and sales are progressing well.
The company financed the development through a £4.5 million funding facility from Paragon Development Finance. Paragon has worked with the company during its growth journey and the latest funding was led by Relationship Director Mick Howard, with support from Portfolio Manager Shannon Altimas.
