Paul Shamplina, an expert known for helping landlords deal with problem tenants, has launched a YouTube channel called Paul Shamplina Talkin’ Property.
Shamplina is the founder and managing director of Landlord Action known as a straight-talking voice on the state of the industry.
The channel will focus on giving property advice, entertaining interviews and insights on the industry, with its primary audience being landlords and estate agents.
Shamplina has promised to interview people from different forms of life, talking property, boxing, business, and more.
The ‘Lifetime stories & property’ section will see Shamplina speak to colourful and respected figures, including Theresa Villiers, former Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, who provided insights on how government policies impact landlords and the rental market. They discuss the future of the rental market, potential legislative changes, and what landlords should be prepared for.
Shamplina also interviewed Matt Nelson, better known as Slipmatt, recognised as the godfather of rave, who draws parallels between the nightlife industry and property investments.
The channel will also be used to respond to any breaking news happening in the property world.
