Redrow’s Warminster Tascroft Rise Development Proving Popular

Redrow South West has launched phase three of Tascroft Rise, a popular development of three and four-bedroom homes in Warminster, Wiltshire and properties are selling fast.

Phase two saw high levels of interest, with only one home now remaining, and the housebuilder has already sold several homes off plan from this third phase.

The picturesque development of 46 homes is surrounded by hills and countryside, whilst also offering easy access to the A36 and larger towns of Wiltshire and local counties. It is comprised of a variety of Redrow’s popular heritage range of homes including the three-bedroom Letchworth and Amberley, and the four-bedroom Cambridge, Stratford, Harrogate, Canterbury, and Marlow styles, with spacious rooms and family-friendly gardens.

The homes take design inspiration from the traditional design features and soft colour palettes of the Arts and Crafts design movement of the 1920s and 30s, coupled with a modern take on the interiors to provide emphasis on space to accommodate busy family life.

Charlotte Newnes, area sales manager for Tascroft Rise says:

“The first and second phases of this attractively located and designed development sold extremely fast, and the third looks set to be no exception. With its spacious homes that encompass the best parts of the last century’s house design, alongside modern adaptations to suit every lifestyle, it is easy to see why. Coupling this with a picturesque rural location and proximity to one of the most celebrated independent schools in the country, this is a perfect location for family life.

“I would strongly advise anyone wishing to view one of these beautiful properties to make an appointment to view soon, as we have already sold our first properties in this newly released phase, and with such high interest, we are set to see more homebuyers enjoy this location’s open spaces and amenities to support a thriving community.”
