Remote workers in the US are split regarding whether they’d like to go back to the office.
Around 41% of new remote workers would like to go back after the lockdown, process pipeline management company Pipefy found.
Some 39% want to work remotely part-time, while 20% would like to work remotely full-time.
Of the people who took part in the survey, two thirds (66%) worked remotely for the first time.
When it comes to new remote workers, the majority (60%) found distractions to be the biggest challenge of working from home, with others finding (36%) keeping the worklife balance a big challenge.
However most were happy about having more family time (83%), as well as enjoying the flexibility (66%) of working from home.
