Residents start moving into new 140-home development in Hatfield Peverel
The first residents at Bellway’s Priory Grange development in Hatfield Peverel have moved into their new homes.
Buyers have started occupying some of the first properties which have been completed at the site as construction work continues apace.
Located off Stone Path Drive, the development will consist of 140 new homes, including 56 properties allocated as affordable housing for local people through shared ownership and low-cost renting.
The other 84 homes at Priory Grange are being built for private buyers. The homes at Priory Grange include a mix of detached and semi-detached houses ranging from two to five bedrooms in size. Each property comes with its own garden and garage or designated parking space.

This is one of two developments that Bellway is currently building in the village. The housebuilder is also delivering 145 homes at its Hatfield Grove site off Station Road.
A selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes are currently available at Priory Grange, with prices starting from £368,995.
