SDL Auctions is hosting a major live broadcast auction at the end of the month.
Some 161 residential and commercial property lots will go under the hammer on 30th June.
Properties for auction include a detached family house in Derby, a property in Dudley which is said to have all the makings of a HMO, as well as an apartment in Liverpool which is in a converted pub.
One of the most notable commercial properties going under the hammer is Burton-on-Trent’s former magistrates’ court in Horninglow Street (pictured).
Andrew Parker, managing director and auctioneer, said: “Our monthly national property auctions are going from strength to strength, with a growing number of lots each time.
“We’re reaching a huge audience of serious buyers and this is reflected in our excellent sales figures.”
Since the start of the lockdown period, SDL Auctions has sold an average of five properties each working day and raised more than £34m for sellers.
This month’s auction features 39 lots from partner agents.
Parker said: “It’s been a particularly tough time for estate agents as the private treaty market all but ground to a halt in March, with many sales falling through.
“We’ve been able to secure deals for sellers, at the same time helping estate agents to keep some income flowing. It’s a win-win for all parties.”
