Second phase of 204-home development in Wynyard set to launch

Bellway is preparing to unveil a new collection of homes at Regency Manor within the grounds of the Wynyard Estate this summer.

This will take the total number of homes to be built by Bellway at Regency Manor to 204.

The housebuilder first opened the development in 2018. Since then, the first phase of 138 homes has been progressing, with the final few of these now being built.

The new range of 66 homes will sit on a neighbouring parcel of land. This is located opposite the existing Bellway homes, between Wynyard Primary School and an open space where Bellway has planted trees to further enhance the woodland setting.

Regency Manor is part of wider scheme to deliver up to 500 homes. Wynyard Primary School opened in 2015 and since arriving at Regency Manor, Bellway has built a strong relationship with the school.

The entire range of homes at Regency Manor consists of four and five-bedroom houses, each with a private garden and a garage.

The development has attracted people who commute to Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees, Hartlepool and Sedgefield, and routes along the A19 and A689, as well as those already local to the village.
