House-hunters can now take a look inside a completed home at Bellway’s Castlegate development in Skelton-in-Cleveland.
The housebuilder welcomed prospective buyers to its new four-bedroom Cutler showhome which was opened alongside a new sales office at the site in August.
Bellway is delivering a total of 140 homes at the development alongside landscaped green spaces and a play area for children.
Located off Bowland Road at the northern edge of the town, Castlegate features a range of three and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached houses which each come with their own gardens and garages or off-street parking.
The four-bedroom Cutler design is a detached property which features a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and family area with French doors that open out to the back garden. There is also a separate living room and downstairs cloakroom.
Upstairs, the main bedroom has en suite facilities while there is also a family bathroom.
In anticipation of the rise in demand that the launch of the showhome is expected to generate, Bellway has released a new selection of properties onto the market for sale.
Hayley Teasdale, Sales Manager for Bellway Durham, said: “The launch of our showhome at Castlegate has been keenly anticipated by prospective purchasers at the development, many of whom booked appointments to view the property as soon as it was open to the public.
A selection of three and four-bedroom houses are currently available at Castlegate, with prices starting from £182,995.
