The Guild of Property Professionals secure deal with Sprift

The Guild of Property Professionals has secured a deal with property data specialist Sprift, to offer members access to detailed property reports at a significantly discounted rate.

Sprift is a source of data on UK properties and the data is made available to property professionals via an online dashboard, from where fully white-labelled vendor or buyer reports can be built and shared, either through online interactive reports or a printable pdf.

The company aggregates more than 100 data points per property, and then consolidates it all into the impressive Sprift dashboard. There is a dashboard for every property in the UK, providing a window into all the information required – from price to planning history, full EPC, council tax and much more.

Iain McKenzie, chief executive of The Guild of Property Professionals, says that access to in-depth property data is vital for agents wanting to position themselves as a trusted resource in their market, especially in a time when buyers and sellers already have access to a vast array of information. “Using a platform such as Sprift will provide agents with in-depth information that will give them the edge when speaking to potential clients and trying to win new instructions,” he said.

McKenzie notes that through the Sprift platform, members will be able select the data they require to generate printable reports on a property that they can either take with them when visiting a potential client or send ahead of the meeting.

He added: “Because each report is white-labelled, members will be able to add their logo, brand colours, bio and any client testimonials they wish to include.

“It is also possible to include video in the reports that are sent digitally through the dashboard. Members will be able to tailor each report to specific clients by including personalised statements. Also, all Sprift reports that are sent digitally via the dashboard are tracked, so members will be able to see whether they have been opened by the recipient.”

To date, there are over 28 million properties stored on the Sprift platform and the company has produced nearly 1.3 million reports for clients.

Matt Gilpin, chief executive at Sprift, said: “We are very excited to be supporting such a prestigious brand. We look forward to working with The Guild’s agency members, helping them to provide a first-class service to their clients and reducing transaction times.”

According to McKenzie, the Sprift platform is another resource that Guild Members can utilise to enhance the service they provide to their clients and grow their market share.

McKenzie added: “This is yet another arrow in our membership quiver of tools and resources that will help Guild members to win instructions and gain further traction in their local property market.”
