Three showhomes now open in Bourne, Lincolnshire

Ashberry Homes has unveiled three new show properties at its Bourne Springs development in Bourne.

The housebuilder welcomed the first visitors to the three-bedroom Alyssum and Larkspur house types in August. A further three-bedroom Heather showhome also opened at the site, off Musselburgh Way, in October.

Bourne Springs will comprise 172 new homes when complete, including 164 two, three and four-bedroom houses for private sale and eight affordable properties available for local people through rent or shared ownership

Kenny Lattimore, Sales Manager at Ashberry Homes, said: “It is always a red-letter day when we throw open the doors of a showhome for the first time. We have had so much interest in the development that we decided to unveil two showhomes at the same time.

“These new homes represent the first opportunity for potential purchasers to view completed properties and get a real sense of the high quality of construction, superb finish and spacious layout of the homes at Bourne Springs.

“The Alyssum and Larkspur have been expertly dressed by our team of interior designers to show just how it could look to live in one of these beautiful new houses and give visitors a perfect illustration of different styles of properties.

“Both three-bedroom properties have been designed with modern family life in mind. Downstairs, they both have a large kitchen/dining room with doors to the garden, a separate living room and cloakroom. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with en suite, two further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

“There is yet another three-bedroom showhome to look around now, as well, as we have opened a Heather, providing even greater choice.”

Bourne Springs forms part of the wider Elsea Park neighbourhood at the southern edge of the town, where more than 1,500 homes have been delivered since 2001.

The wider scheme has seen the provision of a new primary school, convenience store, community centre and a number of public open spaces and children’s play areas.

Kenny said: “The choice of two, three and four-bedroom properties at Bourne Springs will appeal to a wide range of people looking for a new home in Bourne.

“Our trained sales staff are here to answer any questions that prospective purchasers may have about the scheme or the development itself.”

There is currently a collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes available to reserve at Bourne Springs, with prices starting at £214,950.
