Aldermore Bank has provided a £13m commercial mortgage to Mantle Group to support expansion of its office portfolio across the South East and Eastern England.
The funding is structured across two facilities for different entities within Mantle Group, which has been an Aldermore client since 2014. The refinancing consolidates existing borrowing whilst establishing a platform for growth.
Expansion plans
Mantle Group has indicated plans to explore five new office schemes in the South East, including sites near Stansted Airport. The company intends to use the funds to enhance its portfolio with modern, flexible workspaces and to accelerate environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives.

The transaction demonstrates the continued availability of commercial property finance for established borrowers with sustainability-focused portfolios in the South East office market. The deal represents a continuation of the decade-long banking relationship between the two parties.
