An 83-home development at Buxton, Derbyshire, is coming to market from Spirit Homes.
Hallstead Meadow will be ready in May 2026, while it will include 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes, as well as 1 and 2-bedroom bungalows.
The development promotes an inclusive community, with 25 affordable units and homes designed specifically for residents aged 55 and over.

Working alongside HJK Construction, Spirit Homes anticipates the entire development to be completed by April 2029, with homes priced between £190,000 and £390,000.
