Housebuilder Crest Nicholson has launched a development in Faversham, Kent, called Crown Meadows.

The properties are a mix of two to-five bedroom properties which are energy efficient and surrounded by green space.

The developer has spent more than £1 million on local infrastructure and services, including an NHS Healthcare centre and youth services, as well as open space and recreational areas.

Faversham is the oldest market town in the country.

Karen Coulson, sales and marketing director at Crest Nicholson Eastern, said: “We’re excited to welcome the local community to our new Crown Meadows development. As well as a variety of high quality, energy efficient new homes, there are exciting sustainable features throughout and fantastic links to the wider location and amenities.

“Following the success of the nearby sought-after Kingsmead development, we are looking forward to enhancing the area further and becoming a bigger part of this thriving community.

“With strong demand for quality modern homes, we would encourage anyone interested in securing their dream home to register their interest with us as soon as possible to find out more about the homes, schemes and tailor-made incentives available here at Crown Meadows.”

The development has access to the M2, leading North toward London, and the A2, providing access south to Canterbury.

For those who travel by rail, Faversham train station is reachable in 10 minutes by car or by bus from Crown Meadows, where there are at least three trains an hour to London with journey times of just over one hour.
