Vistry Group has launched a campaign to help buyers of Bovis Homes properties in Essex, Suffolk and Hertfordshire save hundreds of pounds on their monthly mortgage payments.
The company is offering a cash lump sum to customers on the legal completion of their home purchase, which will be the equivalent of between £500 and £750 a month for a 12-month period.
The initiative, which runs from Friday 23 December to Tuesday 28 February, is available with selected Bovis Homes properties at Vistry’s Coggeshall Mill location in Coggeshall, at Grange Park in Thurston, and at Stortford Fields in Bishop’s Stortford. The value of the incentive varies according to the development.
Jason Colmer, sales and marketing director for Vistry Eastern said: “Our mortgage contribution offer will be a huge help for those stepping onto the property ladder, as well as those moving upwards in the housing market, by providing assistance towards their monthly mortgage payments for a whole year.
“We are a trusted housebuilder with customers at the heart of everything we do and we want to provide comfort and reassurance to house buyers that they can afford to buy a home that meets their needs.
“People who use this campaign will not only be provided with financial help with their payments in the first year, but will also be able to take advantage of a free mortgage consultation we will be offering to help buyers find the best mortgage offer for them. The mortgage consultation will provide access to 12,000 mortgage products from 90 different lenders.
“The period just after Christmas is traditionally the busiest time of the year for people starting their search for a new home online, as they take stock of what they hope to achieve in the year to come. This scheme is a great way to ensure we can help make the dream of moving home a reality.”
To qualify for the scheme, purchasers must have reserved their new home by Tuesday 28 February 2023.
