Frontline workers have been offered a 5% discount on new homes across South Wales and the South West of England by Edenstone Group.
This is available across the developer’s two housing brands Edenstone Homes and Bluebell Homes, and includes new homes in Dinas Powys, Lydney, Morriston and Ross-on-Wye.
Adele McCoy, sales director at Edenstone Group, said: “While everyone else was staying safe at home, key workers have been hard at work in challenging and in many cases dangerous circumstances.
“From NHS staff to supermarket workers and refuse collectors, along with a host of others we want to thank all who’ve helped to save lives and keep essential services running.
“In recognition of their dedication we’re offering a 5% discount for key workers across Edenstone Homes and Bluebell Homes developments.
“It has the potential to save key workers thousands of pounds off the price of a brand new home. Buyers can choose if they want to accept the 5% discount or combine a smaller discount with upgrades to their new home, such as flooring or landscaped gardens.”
Show homes and sales offices at Edenstone Group developments in England – River View Garden Village, Lydney, and St Mary’s Garden Village in Ross-on-Wye – are open by appointment only, with social distancing measures in place.
