Developer Wyatt Homes has signed a financial package with HSBC UK with the assistance of Homes England’s Home Building Fund.
As a result, the building will deliver 300 homes across developments in Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset and Wiltshire.
A previous linkup established in 2022 delivered over 1,000 family homes across multiple sites.
