A tenant in the US has been convicted of murdering her landlord using butcher knives after she was served an eviction notice.
Sandra Kolalou, 37, killed and dismembered her 69-year old landlord, Frances Walker, stashing the body parts in a freezer.
Sister-in-law Maria Maggie Walker told Chicago station WMAQ: “We miss Fran a lot. She is the person no one can say anything bad about at all,
“I would do anything for Fran.”
Tenants in the building reported hearing Walker screaming at 2:30 a.m, after which they called the police.
Kolalou was then seen exiting the residence and getting into a tow truck that she was alleged to have ordered and paid for using Walker’s credit card.
