infinitSpace has announced that beyond Zuidtoren, a state-of-the-art flexible workspace in the Hoofddorp area of Amsterdam, will be doubling in size.
infinitSpace creates white-label, tech-enabled flexible workspaces on behalf of commercial landlords, including operating its own premium workspace brand, beyond, which landlords can choose to use.
The company – whose mission is to create workspaces that have a positive impact on people, organisations and communities – launched beyond Zuidtoren in September 2023 in partnership with Bryant Park Services B.V. (a fund affiliated with New York-based global asset manager Marathon Asset Management), while the asset management mandate is held by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
This is the first time that infinitSpace has expanded a workspace within the same building, with the decision coming after two-and-a-half years of maximum occupancy. Members have been attracted by beyond Zuidtoren’s outstanding hospitality, premium design and excellent services, prompting the workspace to now spread across a second floor.
Designed by Kohn Pederson Fox Associates, the landmark Zuidtoren building is the tallest and most recognisable in the area. It is ideally located at Taurusavenue, directly next to Hoofddorp train station, connecting Hoofddorp with Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam Zuid within a few minutes. The building comprises 17,000 square metres of office space and has recently been extensively refurbished. Its sustainability credentials are also notable, with the building having received a BREEAM Excellent and A+++ energy label.
beyond Zuidtoren has proved particularly attractive among enterprises owing to its close proximity to the airport and train station, premium fit-out and large private offices available. Allianz, ADP and IPL Schoeller are just some of the well-known companies based in beyond Zuidtoren.
infinitSpace has equipped the space with cutting-edge technology, including beyond’s workspace app, which connects members of beyond Zuidtoren with others across beyond’s global network. In total, there are currently nine beyond locations (four in London, three in Amsterdam and two in Berlin), with more due to open in Europe, North America and Asia over the coming months.
