Daniel Matthew Estate Agents has opened a new branch in Port Talbot, expanding its South Wales network to three offices alongside existing locations in Bridgend and Barry.
The agency, founded in 2015 by directors Laura and James Northover, will add six staff members through the expansion, with two joining in February and four new roles created at the Port Talbot branch.
Staffing and management
Caroline Hatchett will manage the new Port Talbot office, joining from Payton Jewell Caines. Hatchett has worked as a sales negotiator and valuer across both sales and lettings sectors.
The company currently employs 16 staff across its network, which will increase to 22 following the recent recruitment.
Laura Northover stated: “The opening of our Port Talbot branch represents an important step in strengthening our regional presence, and we are pleased to welcome Caroline Hatchett to lead the office as we continue to broaden our service offering across South Wales.”
The expansion follows sustained performance in the agency’s existing Bridgend and Barry offices, which offer both sales and letting services to the South Wales property market.
