Independent estate agency Harvey Holland has established new headquarters in Chipping Norton, expanding its operations into the Cotswolds property market.
The firm, which previously operated an agency in Prime Central London, has positioned the office as its main operational base for the region. The agency works with high-net-worth individuals alongside the broader property market.
Service model and client access
Emma Brooks, Managing Director, stated: “Discretion is a cornerstone of our service. We often have the privilege of handling truly exciting opportunities behind the scenes, and we take pride in keeping them confidential while delivering the exceptional service our clients expect.”
The agency operates with director-level professionals providing direct client access throughout the sales process. According to the company, this approach forms part of its service structure in the premium property segment.
Marketing operations
Harvey Holland maintains an in-house marketing team based in the Cotswolds, producing photography, videography and social media content for property listings.
Dio Davies, Creative Director, said: “We invest heavily in each property to ensure it is presented and promoted to the highest standard.”
The Chipping Norton headquarters represents the agency’s physical expansion into the Cotswolds market following its transition from London operations. The move reflects growing independent agency activity in the region, which continues to attract buyers relocating from urban centres.
