Three London-based property firms have announced senior appointments, with Chestertons, Harding Green, and Colliers each bringing in experienced professionals to lead key divisions.
Chestertons promotes internally
Chestertons has appointed Adam Jennings as Head of Residential, where he will oversee the company’s sales and lettings operations. Jennings, who joined the firm 11 years ago as an Associate Manager in Wandsworth, has held several senior positions including Area Director of Central London, Regional Director of South West London, and Head of Lettings.
During his tenure leading the lettings division, the business recorded 18% year-on-year growth. He was also named Business Leader of the Year within Campions Group. The appointment follows the company’s policy of promoting senior leaders from within the organisation.
Jennings stated his aim is to strengthen coordination between the sales and lettings teams and build on recent performance.
Harding Green adds partner
Harding Green has appointed Steven Schiller as a partner. Schiller brings over 20 years of experience in prime central London property, having previously worked at Hamptons.
Nick Carter, CEO of Harding Green, noted that Schiller has extensive experience leading teams in competitive markets within London’s prime residential sector.
Colliers expands living capital markets team
Colliers has appointed Edmund Hendry as a director in its Living Capital Markets team in London. Hendry initially began his career at Colliers in 2012 as a graduate and returns with more than 10 years’ experience in the living sector.
He joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a partner in the Student Accommodation Capital Markets team. His experience includes advising on investment, operations, development and value-add strategies, with a focus on purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA). He has also held roles at Fresh and BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Alanna Peach, head of Living Capital Markets at Colliers, stated that Hendry’s market knowledge and sector-specific experience will support the firm’s client services.
The appointments come as London property firms continue to restructure teams to address changing market conditions across residential and specialist sectors.
