Three major providers in the UK lettings sector have announced an integration designed to automate tenancy management processes for letting agents.
Let Alliance/HomeLet’s Vision+ platform has been integrated with property management system Jupix and deposit protection provider TDS. Vision+ is currently used by approximately 4,000 letting agents, whilst TDS and Jupix are established suppliers in their respective sectors.
The integration aims to reduce administrative time for letting agents managing landlords, tenancies and renters, covering referencing, rent guarantees, utility management and landlords insurance. The move comes as the regulatory burden on landlords continues to increase, with new compliance requirements placing additional pressure on letting agencies.
Industry response
Stuart Pick, Director of Partnerships at Jupix, stated that many customers had requested this integration. “Partnering with one of the largest tenancy management and referencing suppliers in the industry undoubtedly removes friction from the day-to-day for agents, helping them to deliver a faster, more professional experience for their clients,” he said.
Mike Dawson, Sales Director at Let Alliance and HomeLet, commented: “The integrations we’re now launching alongside Jupix and TDS provide the perfect unison of efficiency, client service and compliance support for agencies to benefit from in the current market.”
Debbie Davies, Head of Sales and Client Success at TDS, highlighted the compliance aspect: “Registering deposits is a critical compliance requirement, but it can be time-consuming. Our partnership with HomeLet and Let Alliance streamlines this process, saving agents valuable time and reducing the risk of manual errors.”
Market context
The integration reflects broader digitalisation trends in the lettings sector, where agencies face increasing pressure to improve operational efficiency whilst managing complex regulatory requirements. The development follows similar moves by other firms in the sector to automate previously manual processes.
The three companies have not disclosed the cost of the integration or specific timeframes for rollout to existing users of their respective platforms.
