Draper London plans five-office expansion across capital

Estate agency Draper London has announced plans to open up to five new offices across the capital over the next three to five years, alongside a recruitment drive targeting 20 staff members within 12 to 18 months.

The firm, which launched in September 2025, was founded by Managing Director Craig Draper and Non-Executive Chairman David Pollock. It currently operates from its Bristol Gardens (W9) headquarters with a team of five recruited from Knight Frank, Chestertons, and Marsh & Parsons.

Growth strategy and performance

The agency is targeting expansion across central, north-west and west London, with Hampstead identified as a potential location for its next office. Since launching, the business has completed nearly £30 million in sales transactions and secured lettings instructions and landlord portfolios.

The expansion comes as the London property market continues to attract investment activity. Draper London offers sales, lettings, property management and new homes services.

Leadership background

Craig Draper, who entered the London property market in 2007, stated the firm aims to combine traditional estate agency practices with technology and digital marketing. David Pollock previously served as Managing Director of multi-office agency Greene & Co.

The agency’s business model focuses on digital campaigns, professional photography and marketing across all price points. Pollock said the expansion would be implemented “carefully and without compromising standards”, while noting that technology and data are components of the firm’s client service approach.

The recruitment drive represents a significant scaling operation for the seven-month-old business, which will need to build its leadership structure to support the planned office network. The firm’s growth trajectory mirrors broader patterns in the estate agency sector, where established operators are adapting their business models to changing market conditions.
