Knight Frank has appointed four brokers to its London affiliate network as part of the second phase of recruitment for its self-employed broker model, expanding its coverage across key residential markets in the capital.
Cameron Forbes, Ella Coates, Josh Collins and Salil Joshi joined the firm at the start of the month, taking responsibility for territories in West, South West and North London.
New appointments
Forbes becomes affiliate broker for Ealing, bringing nearly a decade of London property experience. Coates takes on Kingston, having worked across the West London residential market for almost 10 years.
Collins joins as affiliate broker for Putney with more than 10 years’ experience in South West London, including a previous role as branch director at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward. Joshi will cover Totteridge & Mill Hill, drawing on more than 20 years in residential property and experience running a boutique buying agency.
Model expansion
Andrew Groocock, chief operating officer of estate agency at Knight Frank, said the response to the affiliate broker model continues to exceed expectations. “Each brings extensive local expertise, strong client relationships and a proven track record in their respective markets,” he stated.
The affiliate broker model enables self-employed brokers to operate independently while partnering with Knight Frank and accessing its operational and regulatory support. The structure reflects broader changes in how property professionals structure their businesses, with increased flexibility for experienced agents.
The firm is currently seeking brokers for Muswell Hill & Crouch End, Barnes & Sheen, Shepherd’s Bush & Brook Green, Greenwich & Blackheath, and Radlett & Hadley Wood. The expansion comes as demand patterns shift across London’s residential market.
The appointments signal Knight Frank’s strategy to extend its presence in London residential markets through experienced local agents operating under its brand, rather than opening traditional branch offices.
