With over 12 years of experience in the Middle East market, Christiane will be responsible for advising Landmark Properties clients on best practice and standards related to projects in both new and existing developments. As Landmark Properties in-house expert on strata law, Christiane will also consult on the legal requirements to ensure that clients are compliant.

Christiane will be responsible for running the Property Management Department in addition to managing all third party service providers.
Landmark Property Management acts as a landlord-tenant liaison in all matters relating to the management and leasing of properties, providing a turnkey range of bespoke services including Property Inspections, Facilities Management and Tenant Management.
As Head of Property Management, Christiane will focus on further expanding services for clients including developing a Residential Maintenance Package and an Inspection and Snagging Report service. She will also continuously ensure that clients are educated and updated on local law compliance including JOP law, RERA and Ejari regulations.
Prior to joining Landmark Properties, Christiane's previous experience includes roles with Lufthansa, Barclays Capital and Spectrum Real Estate Management, where she provided support in OM, FM and consultancy services. She has also worked as a private consultant within the Facilities Management industry, consulting both individual property owners and companies.
