The new logo has been created after many months of research and development and has been designed to epitomise the company's brand values of aspiration, attention to detail, sound investment, smarter thinking and style.
Group sales and marketing director, Piers Banfield said; "As a company we are extremely committed to our brand values and wanted to develop a new logo to reflect these. We researched a number of upmarket brands from other industries such as Cartier, Gucci, Mercedes, Audi and John Lewis and concluded that their logos are generally simple, classic and stylish.
"We decided we needed an icon which related to our name i.e. a banner. We have created a new logo which is a modernisation of our last but with a stronger more powerful blue colour. We believe this new logo reflects the type of business Banner Homes is today.
"The rebranding is not however just about a new logo. It represents our 'coming of age' as a business. Twelve years ago the company underwent a management buyout and since then we have carved out a much respected position within the market place. With the new brand identity and the relocation of our southern regional office to Farnham, we are now in a perfectly situated to continue our growth in the North Home Counties, South Home Counties and the West Midlands," he added.
The new logo will be seen across Banner Homes' developments on marketing and signage in the coming weeks. Banner Homes currently has developments across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Dorset, Essex, Gloucestershire, Greater London, Hampshire, Herefordshire, Hertfordshire, Isle of Wight, Kent, Oxfordshire, Staffordshire, Surrey, Warwickshire, West Midlands, West Sussex and Worcestershire.
