Cluttons announces updated branding and expansion for 2014

The firm said it is a public demonstration of the profound changes which are transforming the company and is aimed at ensuring Cluttons is one of the top four players in all markets where the company operates.

The ambitious plans for growth have included reorganising teams into five divisions: Consultancy headed by Jamie Eastaugh; Agency and Capital Markets headed by Malcolm Chumbley; International headed by senior partner Bill Siegle and supported by international director Ian Gladwin and head of Middle East Steve Morgan; Residential Sales and Lettings headed by James Hyman; and Telecoms, Media, Technology (TMT) headed by managing partner John Wood.

The reorganisation has been accompanied by investment in international growth and new technology to improve delivery to clients, including a new website which will be launched in the first quarter of 2014.

All nine residential agency branches in London are in the process of being refurbished as well as a new branch in Blackheath, which will open in the New Year. Further branch openings are planned for 2014. A new residential branch was also opened in Muscat this year and the company’s Middle East headquarters will be moving to new offices in Dubai early next year.

The firm said that over the last 250 years it has been instrumental in shaping the real estate profession through its reputation for client service and technical expertise. The company describes itself as the market leader in the Middle East and the telecoms sector and one of only a handful of players with genuine expertise in both the residential and commercial markets.

Cluttons’ services span residential sales and lettings, commercial leasing and investment, consultancy, valuation, and property and facilities management.

‘Our new brand signals the changes that have been going on here behind the scenes and supports our commitment to a truly partner led approach that ensures clients receive the benefit of our expertise, experience and good judgement. This approach is also benefiting clients across the MEA and APAC regions, building on our longer established UK and Middle East businesses,’ said Bill Siegle, Cluttons senior partner.

‘With further international expansion planned and continued improvement in the markets in which we operate, we look forward to 2014 with a great deal of confidence,’ he added.
