Changes to Colliers International West End of London team

Satchwell, who has worked at Colliers for the last nine years, is currently head of Colliers’ EMEA offices business team, and is based in its Birmingham office where he specialises in office development and strategic value added advice.

Satchwell’s knowledge of the offices sector is second to none. He has advised on £400 million of new investment into Birmingham in the last 24 months alone  London is a key growth area for Colliers International moving forward, both in terms of clients and the team.  Craig’s track record of bringing home deals such as BrindleyPlace and 2 Snowhill will go a long way to helping us reach this goal,’ said Tony Horrell, chief executive officer of Colliers International UK.

He added that it is one of a number of changes to the firm’s leadership teams in central London. Richard Divall joins from Strutt & Parker as a director in Dominic Amey’s West End Investment team on 13 February and further director level appointments are expected in the near future.

‘Having spent the last nine years focusing on the growth and structure of Colliers’ EMEA and Birmingham offices teams, I have developed relationships with key global developers and investors who are looking to secure opportunities in central London.  I will continue to work closely with Colliers’ EMEA and central London investment teams and I am looking forward to growing what is already a successful team with an impressive client base,’ said Satchwell.
