Sean will lead Colliers International’s Real Estate Management activities in Central and Eastern Europe including Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia. He will be working alongside Peter Love, Partner, Real Estate Management Services in Poland.
Sean is a Chartered Surveyor with over 13 years experience in both the UK and continental European Real Estate markets, during which time his main focus has been asset and property management.
Sean initially began his career in London in 1994, he joined DTZ Debenham Tie Leung, London in 2003. From 2005 Sean headed up their Property Management team across Central and Eastern Europe retaining instructions and obtaining new mandates from regional investors including aAIM, Akron Group, Dawnay Day, Heitman, Sireo and Valad.
In 2008, Sean joined Carpathian Asset Management, advisors to the Carpathian Fund and an owner of a portfolio of 22 retail properties across Central and Eastern Europe, as Asset and Property Manager with the responsibility to maintain and improve income and capital value of the Fund’s assets.

Colliers International’s Real Estate Management Services team consists of 50 members working mainly in Poland and Romania. The Real Estate Management Services team manages over 600,000 m² of commercial space in Poland and Romania. The Polish team were awarded Best Property Management Team in 2009 by CiJ Magazine.
