Europaproperty.com said the award, which was for 2007, was made on the basis of "market contribution, quality of customer service, market innovation and commercial success."
Philip Bay, Regional Director, Colliers International Southeast Europe, welcomed the award. "I want to thank the entire team in the region for making this happen. I am sure that no company has ever won a real estate award for three years in a row, something we can be extremely proud of. I also would like to mention that two of our client's projects in Serbia won awards for best Retail project of the year, and best Office project of the year. So I want to especially congratulate our hard-working Serbian team for making Delta's Block 67 shopping mall, and AFI's Airport City business park, clear success stories for the region. And last, but not least, our client, GTC, won the developer of the year award. With successful projects in Croatia, Serbia and Romania (later in Bulgaria), they are clearly market movers in much of our region. I congratulate them as well."
Colliers International Southeast Europe is bigger than all three of its nearest competitors put together, and has averaged growth of 69% in the last five years per annum.
