Davis Tate, an estate agency operating across Oxfordshire and Berkshire, has appointed Marc Williams as Sales Director to oversee its nine-branch network.
Williams brings 27 years of estate agency experience to the role, including management of large multi-branch operations. His most recent position involved overseeing 12 branches across London, whilst previously he managed a network of 24 branches covering South Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Hampshire.
Regional focus
The appointment comes as Davis Tate, which has operated in the region for more than 35 years, continues to focus on its sales, lettings and property management services. Williams, who was born in Oxford and has lived in Reading for most of his life, said he looks forward to understanding the business operations and meeting the branch teams.
The agency is a franchise partner of LSL Estate Agency Franchising and is owned by Southern Homemove, which also operates the Goodfellows and Hawes & Co brands across South West London and Surrey. The franchise model has seen activity across the UK estate agency sector in recent months.
Bernadette Keating, Managing Director at Southern Homemove, stated that Williams’s industry experience and knowledge of the local property market would support the company’s sales operations. The appointment reflects broader senior-level movements in the UK property sector as agencies adjust their leadership teams.
Davis Tate’s nine branches provide sales, lettings and property management services across the two-county region, with the agency emphasising face-to-face client service as part of its operational model.
