Following the company's strategic shift from single-tower projects to larger communities in master-planned developments, Deyaar will offer customers a sneak preview of key community projects that will be launched before the end of 2008. Deyaar will exhibit on all three days of Cityscape from its 270-square meter-stand located at Hall 2, C10.
Highlighting the company's participation in the event, Markus Giebel, Chief Executive Officer of Deyaar, said: "Cityscape Dubai has emerged as one of the most important business events within the global real estate industry, focusing on all aspects of property development. We are delighted to take this opportunity to meet visitors from local and international markets to showcase Deyaar's exciting projects."
He added: "This event serves as the ideal platform for Deyaar to unveil its landmark projects in line with the company's strategic shift to community-style developments. As we reinvigorate our focus on building communities, we are focused on delivering real estate solutions that open a new world of possibilities for our clients here in Dubai and from across the world."
Deyaar owns a number of strategically located plots in master-planned community developments in Dubai. These master-planned developments have been a key focus for Deyaar over the past year and will continue to be the main thrust area in the domestic market going forward.
Cityscape Dubai 2008 is one of the world's largest business-to-business real estate platforms. The event, in its seventh year, is poised to break new records this year, with more than 60,000 participants from roughly 150 countries attending various conferences and exhibitions.
