Eco Investments unites with Property Frontiers Ltd to promote sustainable property investment

We are proud to announce that Property Frontiers has just acquired Eco Investments and created an exciting new division of our company. This acquisition brings about new and exciting opportunities for both companies. Together they will offer a professional service providing benchmarked, analytically researched and fact-based propositions for ecologically sound investment opportunities.

Over the next few months, Property Frontiers Ltd and Eco Investments will be launching a new range of global products which combine environmental stewardship with significant financial returns – a genuine ethical option for investors. These include sustainable bamboo planting and harvesting in Thailand, teak and forestry management in Sri Lanka. In Argentina, there will be opportunities to invest in the farming of staples such as wheat, sunflowers, soy and sorghum on a crop rotation basis. Also in Thailand, investment in the Agar wood plantations helps ensure the survival of the Aquliaria tree, resin from which is used for incense, soaps, perfume and medicinal purposes.

One of our most exciting ventures will be ‘green oil’. In Cairns, northern Australia, there is the opportunity to invest in plantations using Millettia, a traditional native plant now transformed into a very effective biofuel and used to generate electricity for the local grid.

All these projects combine high yield investment with the protection of vital resources, good ecological practice and active support for local economies.

As Property Frontiers director Ray Withers explains:
"Property Frontiers is now one of the most established companies focusing on the international property marketplace. The acquisition of Eco Investments will enable us to offer a positive alternative for ethical investors in the global property market."

Sustainable agriculture and energy may sound a significant leap from international property. We believe that the two investment categories are complimentary and share the same interests. There is also a clear real estate link: all of Eco Investment’s projects offer returns tied to agricultural production and thereby agricultural land.

Eco Investments now enables our clients to invest in projects which generate sustainable materials, food and energy; thereby profiting in an ethical manner from the growing demands of 21st century humanity.
